The Redhead Ball Python is a dominant morph known for its unusually high contrast: a deep black background with gold to rust colored patterning. White outlines ring the alien heads, and the neck carries a broken, granite-like pattern. The crown of the head takes on the reddish wash the morph is named for. Because dominant genes express the same way whether the animal carries one copy or two, a Super Redhead looks essentially identical to a single-gene Redhead.
